0kbd Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 0kbd platform ("Platform" or "Site") and you, the user ("you" or "Member"). 0kbd is an online gaming platform that provides various casino games, sports betting, and other entertainment activities for users in Bangladesh.

The following key terms used in these Terms are defined as:

• "Account" — your registered personal gaming account on the 0kbd platform.
• "Bonus" — any additional funds or benefits provided by the platform.
• "Wagering" — the total betting amount required to make bonus funds eligible for withdrawal.
• "Deposit" — the act of sending funds to your account.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and play on the 0kbd platform. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request age verification documents at any time and reserve the right to suspend an account if required.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled. Members of the same household may open separate accounts, however operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address may be considered suspicious.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposits and winnings. If any of your information changes, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to us immediately. Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the 0kbd platform is ৳200. We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Funds will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit. Identity verification documents may be required for your first withdrawal.

3.3 Anti-Fraud Policy

In the event of chargebacks, credit card fraud, or any form of financial fraud, the associated account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken where applicable.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

0kbd offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳16,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳31,000.

4.2 Wagering Terms

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 25 times (wagering requirement). The wagering calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not to the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 total bets required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

Bonuses may only be used for playing games on the platform. Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time unless stated otherwise. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once the wagering requirement has been met.

4.4 Right to Cancel Bonuses

0kbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. If evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors is found, the bonus will be cancelled.

The 0kbd VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

By playing regularly and staying active on the platform, you can advance to higher tiers. Cashback will be credited to your account on a set day each week.

VIP membership may be reviewed at any time. VIP status may be revoked in cases of policy violations or unusual gaming behaviour.

6.1 Permitted Gaming Behaviour

Games must be played on the 0kbd platform in a fair and lawful manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bot, or automated process to play games.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Hacking or any form of cyber attack on the platform's systems.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a software or hardware error results in abnormal outcomes or unauthorized transactions, 0kbd reserves the right to void those outcomes and transactions. 0kbd is not liable for the outcome of bets placed during a technical issue.

6.3 Fair Play

The 0kbd platform uses SSL encryption and modern security measures. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely unbiased and unpredictable.

0kbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Bonus abuse or system exploitation.
• At your own request (responsible gaming self-exclusion).
• Extended period of account inactivity.

If an account is closed, any verified and legitimate balance (excluding bonus funds where the wagering requirement has not been met) will be returned, unless the closure is due to fraud or a breach of these Terms.
